Can't add new accessory to item

Hi guys, 

I'm searching a little help. I have added new accessory and I can't add this accessory to wrist, neck and ears. Number of new accessory is 50640. I tried to change number of item, but I wasn't successful. If someone can help me to add some accessory to item, I will be glad. I need to add new accessory and add new bonus to this accessory.
