Question about client debug cmd

Hello guys!
I have simple question. I'm searching for string, which contains: 알림: 파일 모드입니다.
You can find it every time at first line of client debug cmd.

I tried to look for it in root, client binary and libraries. But I didn't find anything.

Does anybody know where it is? Thanks!

Maybe root/intrologin.py ?
