Re-make of the quest

@repari35


New classic teleport ring quest "model 2024-2025"
- Auto detect for the settings (for each empire separated or fixed teleport position)
- Minimum and maximum level limit
- Gold or item needed for teleport
- More sub categories for each map
- Easy to config / edit / work

Don't use any images from : imgur, turkmmop, freakgamers, inforge, hizliresim... Or your content will be deleted without notice...
