hello i want change some build of skill level like m change to a and g change to b etc

i must change this on source?

binary/serverside and source game?

like m1,m2,m3,m4,m5,m6,m7,m8,m9,m10 => G1,G2,G3,G4,G5,G6,G7,G8,G9,G10 => P1,P2,P3,P4,P5,P6,P7,P8,P9,P10 => Q
