Problem with the source

Hello guys, i have a problem, i have no idea whats going on ;(

I have restarted my serwer, before the restart i was playing on my server without any problems, when i have restarted it and tryied to login it logedd me in whithout any problems, when choosing the character it kickes me out ;( All the processes are up and running no crashing or missing channels.
