Mob exp with txt file or rates per source

hello,

 

i want to increase the EXP rates x4 but don't know how to do that. in the database i can increase everything by command. (UPDATE player.mob_proto SET exp=exp*4; ) but i do not know how to do this via txt files. can i increase the rates in the source?
