Unknown server problem .. No sysser errors or anything .

Hey guys , i had a problem with my server and i have no idea how to solve this..

Ok so i have to say from the beggining , i didn't get any error from everywhere . 

My server have an interval like 2 hours when he stops working ...

I don't know if that's from my quest's but i don't think so .. 

I hope u will help me ... Ty :3
