Problem with shoulder Sash system

Hi i have problem with shoulder sash system, that is:

when upgrade x2 sash 10% out 20% , i change configuration on the server file acce.txt ... When use my client this change not view but when use new client this change view...Example:

My client   x2 Sash (absorption 10%) out 20%

new client x2 sash (absorption 10%) out 15% o 16%
