Hello! I know this is an old post and you might not even remember it, but how did you manage to solve your problem? I'm currently having the exact same issue with my TMP 40250 client regarding the Sword Orb (6th Mental Warrior skill). It doesn't deal any damage at all, and once I upgrade it to M, G, or P, the effect disappears completely.
