Guys does anyone know how to fix this error? It happens with alot of the mobs including beta.

Hey, Recently i have had reports on my server that players are unable to level due a bug they get when killing mobs. They say that when they kill mobs they will gain exp but loose it at the same time. Does anyone know why this is and how i can solve it? I have also adjusted the exp rates but nothing.
