You are not import uiScriptLocale and python is not know how to handle it.

Translation: add import uiScriptLocale 

check your syserr and find the strings that are missing from your locale_string file then add them

he didn't know what BIND_IP is ...

it was bound to another IP and I changed it to his IP.
