Last week me and my friends decided that we will open a finnish Metin2 server because not much are available anymore.
While I was always in love with IT, that is not meaning that I'm professional with Metin2 serverside in any way, so I want to ask a couple questions.
What do you advice for the base serverfile and client?
Can we run the server from home, or we have to buy a vps?
x32 or x64 for the OS? I saw serverfiles that was x32 or 64 maybe it is depending on that?
Is it possible to run the webserver from the FreeBSD?
What type of attacks should we aware of?
What well-known exploits should we aware of?
I know it's a lot question, it is okey if you answers to what you know.
