Actually I refunded him myself he did not have to request a chargeback, and the refund status is marked as Completed. FYI I'm the one here who had to refund him for my own good because I realized that I had him send the money to an account that doesn't have a Bank account or C/C linked yet. I was kind of zonked out lmao. it's a long story but I described what anyone who would help me would need to know about. Long short he thinks I made up that refund story and that I still have the money in my account, as some kind of deceivement.. urgh.

Hello everyone, I'm hoping this is the appropriate section for this kind of topic and if it is not then please just move it to the approriate one. Alright yesterday I sold someone something through PayPal and for some reason I had to temporarily refund him. I did refund him and he even received a mail from PayPal confirming the full refund from me, yet somehow he hasn't received the refund into his account.. the sum of money has already been deducted from me..yet his balance is still the same and it's been more than 24 hours now for us being on that.. That guy hasn't known me for longer than a week and now he thinks I'm trying to scam him or make lies to get away with the money and he's about to come up with some useless cunt stuff.. his English is just poor and he can't understand the fact that I don't have the money either and I'm not sure how to get him to see the situation here. I contacted PayPal a couple of hours back but they don't seem like they're gonna give a crap, pretty much like Skrill, Onebip and those trashy services.. so I just thought if there's anyone here who's more familiar with PayPal than me can work some magic and suggest the error here. I need help real bad because it's getting serious and I could get sued over that shit because it's a damned huge amount of money to be truthful. Thanks to anyone who has put time on reading this I massively appreciate it.
