Hello, i found the solution today. The problem is that you have a certain quest in your quests folder wich is named with "npc". I am not talking about the extern names of the files like "give_basic_weapon.quest" I am talking about after you open a quest file and it says: quest npc begin state start begin when 20016.chat begin Well, that "npc" on FIRST line is creating the problem, i don't know why... but it makes certain quests to not work anymore. Just search your quests and change the name and problem solved.

Delete the folder 9003 in quest/object and execute the quest again

Copy the vnum and paste it to > name. Then edit in etc_drop_item.txt > 30006[TAB]2.0 item_proto etc_drop_item.txt For me, it worked.
