If you have reached the point of scamming people and disappearing with their money, then you belong among the scammers. Reply to Ace: We actually tried to resolve our dispute peacefully, but I waited three months, and he still hasn’t finished a simple rework. I believe I have been more than patient. I noticed he kept delaying, inventing excuse after excuse to avoid completing his work— just to squeeze more money from me. I also overlooked issues from our first project (specifically the website) and then the game interface, and still trusted him to finish everything after the rework. Yes, it’s partly my fault that I paid him even before completion, trusting he would deliver — but clearly, I was wrong. Now we’ll see if he dares to show up on Discord or reply here on the forum, but I believe he will just disappear for months again, as usual. There are already 3–4 complaint tickets filed under his name — and this is just the beginning. When I first contacted you, you had no ongoing work, and you weren’t working with Levia2 at that time. (And just being honest — servers like Levia usually don’t last more than 5–6 months. After they recover their investment and make a some profit, they typically shut down, like many others servers each month.) Because of that, I was forced to file a report on Metin2Dev, with video evidence, due to your false statement. Following up on what I mentioned earlier. If this was the first time, I would’ve let it slide — but this is now the third time you’ve failed to deliver what I paid for. Let’s start with the website. As clearly shown in the proof (GIF), I did not receive the website banner, nor the social media banners. Yet you received an extra €50, bringing the total to €300, just as we agreed from the start. Now about the Game UI (Login, Select, Kingdom, Loading): I paid €250, exactly as we discussed. Even here, you delivered a design that wasn’t properly adapted — especially for Lycan — despite me sending everything clearly. You’ll see this in the proof as well. Regarding your lie about the website rework payment — where you claimed to have only received 50%: We agreed from the beginning the rework would be between €100-150. In the end, I agreed to invest €150, and you’ve already received €125, missing only €25 — which was for the Player Profile (as shown in the screenshot). So show me proof that I sent “only 50% (€75)” like you falsely claimed. Stop making things up — if you were professional, we wouldn’t even be in this situation. This is the third time you've done this — it's not the first time you abandoned a project without finishing the designs. Now, regarding your question — “Why didn’t I hire/find another designer?” Why would I? You were already paid to do this work, and I never received the final product. I'll also include evidence of the payments made for the redesign — this is €125 out of the total €150 for the full redesign. There are four items already paid for: I haven’t received the reworked animation we agreed upon. I also haven’t received the three missing elements, which have already been paid for. Regarding the mention of Toura: I haven’t actually contacted him — I simply used him as an example, because at least he delivers on time, unlike you. I've attached the proof below. I wasn't posting nonsense just to get attention. Now, regarding the situation with the First Project: I did mention that I was sick for about 1–2 months. However, I’ve always made that clear, and I kept asking you when you planned to finish the rest. You can clearly see this in the evidence, based on the gap between the dates. As a final note, be careful what you write, Kurc — at least I have proof for everything I’m saying, so stop making excuses. All I did was post a warning for future buyers. I could’ve easily filed a report for unprofessional behavior, and the evidence is clear — it doesn’t lie. I think it’s only fair that when someone pays for something, they receive it as soon as possible — not months later, like in your case. And honestly, I don’t like having to chase you for something I already paid for. In the end, it’s my money. If you don’t take your work seriously, you’ll end up being seen as an unreliable designer across all communities. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who waited months for a single design. Regarding Toura — like you mentioned — I haven’t even contacted him yet. But at least he delivers on time, tells you exactly how long something will take, and finishes the job properly. I worked with this designer at a time when he had very few clients, and at first, everything seemed promising. He does good design work, has talent, and a solid creative eye — but professionally, the experience was disappointing. Delivery times are extremely long, and once he receives payment, his priorities shift. Instead of finishing already-paid projects, he takes on new ones and puts yours on hold — sometimes for months. I’m writing this specifically to warn others about @KurlzDesign and his lack of professionalism. Recently, I collaborated with him on several design projects (website, patcher, login, select character, select kingdom). While the website was mostly completed, it was never fully finished, even though I paid in full. I had to follow up multiple times for reworks — which were also paid — but he constantly delayed them. I waited months just to receive half of the changes. This is not an isolated incident. In my experience, I’ve waited over 3 months for relatively simple changes, and back in 2024, I had to wait 5 to 6 months just to receive the patcher design, — which should’ve been delivered much sooner. Even when I finally received it, several elements were incomplete or missing. For example: The Renewal Loading Screen and Login Channel design were left unfinished, even after I clearly pointed out what was missing. For the Select Character screen, I had specified from the beginning that I would have 5 races, but the design was only adapted for 4. At this point, I don’t have much more to add — except this: Be careful if you plan to work with him. The design quality is there, but the lack of professionalism and accountability can cause serious delays and frustration. I strongly do not recommend paying in full or even 50% upfront. If you still choose to work with him, do not pay more than 30% in advance, and only release the remaining 70% once the project is fully completed. Hello! It’s not in my nature to tarnish anyone’s image, regardless of their level of professionalism. But this time, I genuinely feel that what happened was unfair to the client. On June 20, 2024, I contacted @ Azyreh after seeing his topic here on the forum, and we discussed what I needed for my custom project. He set a price between 800 and 1,000 euros for the list of requirements I provided. I paid a 500-euro deposit on June 21, 2024, with the remaining amount to be paid at the end. Initially, things looked promising, and it seemed like he would do the job right. He started working on the restructuring and spent a few days on it, and since I was busy, I thought he was handling things well on his own. Of course, I understood he might not have a lot of time, but since I was paying, I expected to see some results. However, when it came to results, all he ever sent were screenshots. On July 10, 2024, when I asked him to show me proof that he’d completed the restructuring of the client, he only showed screenshots claiming it was done. Since I didn’t have the time to follow up with him constantly, I left him to work, and time passed. The issue is that he only coded the interface, and I need to mention that the restructuring wasn’t even done – he even removed things from the client at random, and the screenshots he sent as proof of restructuring were simply an attempt to deceive me. Since there were some aspects of my project that he agreed to but couldn’t handle, we had to bring in external help. The first person was Robert. @ Azyreh mentioned that Robert would create two systems for me because he couldn’t handle or add them himself. But every time I asked for Robert’s contact information, @ Azyrehwould dodge the question, saying he’d already discussed the systems with Robert and that work was underway. At this point, he had already received 700 euros from me, with the remaining balance to be paid upon project completion. After some time, I had a brief conversation with Ionuț about coding, and another subject came up – whether he had Robert’s contact info. I got it and reached out to him. I asked if he had received payment in my name for the two systems (@Azyreh had actually paid him with my money for his own systems, not for my two systems). I acknowledge it was partly my fault for trusting him so much and transferring the funds to him instead of contacting Robert directly for the two systems. We had a heated conversation in which he showed me some evidence of work, so I let him continue. However, even now, I still don’t have the Skill Costume or Custom Title systems in the test client he sent me. He’s constantly delayed, taking on other projects while putting mine on hold. I’ve only received a test client with a front-end mock-up (an interface with Illumina and Next and Back buttons), without restructuring or lycan. I specified from the beginning that I wouldn’t buy anything without lycan. I’ve kept this complaint as concise as possible and will attach screenshots and GIFs related to what I purchased from him and the amount. It’s been quite a long time – five months – and he still hasn’t been able to complete this small initial project. There was supposed to be an even bigger list from the same project, but I decided it wasn’t worth it if he couldn’t handle my project properly. He started taking on other projects and leaving me on hold, even though I told him that if he didn’t complete the project by November 1, I wouldn’t need his services anymore. I requested a full refund because I wasted so much time with him when I could’ve hired others to work on my project simultaneously. Even though he committed (and promised) to finish the project, it’s still not done. I’ve noticed that he’s no longer invested his time in my project, leaving it behind to take on other projects and potentially scam others. Perhaps he thought it would be more profitable to scam ten people at once rather than just one. Although I may be the first victim, I’ll ensure, through this post, that he won’t collaborate with anyone else. I haven’t received any refund, not even half of my money. I’m making this post as a formal complaint against a potential scammer. The problem with some service providers is that they think we are entirely at their disposal and that nothing happens if they don’t keep their commitments. As I mentioned in the title, it’s a possible scam, so I’ll leave it up to you to draw your own conclusions and share your opinion on this case.
