reinstalling freebsd since no one answered

i get this error when i try to connect to the server using putty. The server is from eterhost but i don't think that;s the problem. The suggested to reinstall the system.Is there any other option where i can fix without having to reinstall the system?

Hey i would like to know how can i change my core without affecting my server. I have the 2089 core which is a little bit old and want something new that has most of the bugs fixed and it's stable. ( i have no idea how to compile or edit core).
