I know how to add items , i need to fix the register , without register i can't open the server. I uploaded crea_item script image error just to help you guys fix this problem...

Hello, Tree days trying to fix this error in mysql .. i configured the crea_item script RIGHT , with all correct data , and still error , i allowed ROOT login , changed root password , tried with another user , but still not working , what should i do? , btw is not because of webhost , i'm sure! Maybe there is another way to create a modded item , Quest , or something..
