Tarox – The Awakening of Fire Changelog 14–18 Oct 2026 Beta start: 01 Nov 2026 · tarox.cc New Research reworked: 15 missions from level 30 (two more from ember level 1 and 5). Every mission needs 10 deliveries, cooldowns are much shorter (5 minutes up to 10 hours). All research items are now sold only in the Research shop (cart button in the research window) for Ash Coins, from level 90 plus Ember Dust or Ember Core. The boss items are now called essences (Frost, Ember, Thunder, Frostfire, War, Abyss). Biologist Chest: always gives 1 Red Monocle and 1 Exploration Elixir. Eternal potions for everyone: every character receives the eternal potions on login and upgrades them at Elyndor. Eternal Dragon God potions now have levels (8 to 15 %), Lunaris trades all six. Buffi system: the seal is free, Buffi jewellery comes from the item shop or crafting at Thalorin. Instant switch: use up to 1,000 switchers at once. Metins in groups of five: 30 % more Metins. Shift + right click farms your own group and walks around obstacles. New teleport window with map and info bar (replaces the teleport ring). New character selection with an ember gate. New damage display: critical hits blue, talisman damage in element colours, thousands separators. Loot bar and target info: ember core shards visibly fuse into an ember core, bosses and Metins show their HP regeneration. Mystic talisman: 4 talismans at +9 add +10 % vs monsters, bosses and Metins. Start: permanent Auto Pickup in the starter equipment, starter inventory sorted instantly, shamans start with a bell. Friend list: online status clearly visible. Balance Dungeons: every dungeon was tested with exactly the equipment you have before it. Boss regeneration lowered, dangerous mob packs toned down, dungeon Metins faster. Every final boss now takes 2 to 5 minutes. Drops: new loot tables for Yongbi, Fireland and Cape of Dragon Fire. Giant Tortoise and Flame King replace the Reaper (two per map). The Stone Chest now drops only from map bosses from Yongbi on (15 %). Later zones: Star Rift, Ash Bay, Smoke Forest and Obsidian Gorge give at least as much base loot as the Cape, plus their own key item. Upgrading: secondary pieces have their own cheaper recipes. Raid I goes up to level 120. Fireland EXP adjusted, Map 2 Metins have less HP. Fixes Fire and Snow dungeons could not be entered from the Tarox NPC map on channel 1. Invisible blocker on Map 1 removed. Ember zones were briefly accessible without ember level. Wiki updated in all 10 languages. -

Nexir2 | Launch 30 October 2026 | 9 Dungeons, Elemental Powers & Seasonal 5v5 Arena
Hi everyone, We’re the team behind Nexir2, a Metin2 private server launching on 30 October 2026. We’d like to introduce the server and give you a look at its progression, PvM content and competitive arena. Nexir2 combines equipment progression with elemental powers, evolving companions and character development through achievements and research. Here’s what you can expect. Farming areas, dungeons and world bosses Explore six farming areas for levels 75–210, each with its own landscape and area bosses. Your progression takes you through the Valley of Cyclopes, Pharaoh Desert, Frostlands, Firelands, Enchanted Forest and Cursed Island. There are also nine dungeons spanning levels 50–210, from Dustfang Camp to the Crimson Fortress. Gather the required entry items, prepare your equipment and work towards defeating their final bosses. World boss encounters bring players together, with damage rankings and rewards providing additional goals. Equipment and long-term progression PvM progression includes seven equipment tiers, leading to Serpent equipment at level 205. PvP has a separate progression path with four tiers up to level 125. Alongside equipment, you can develop Dragon Stone Alchemy, improve your sash and train passive skills. Achievements reward activities such as defeating bosses and Metins, fishing and mining. Earn points, progress from Bronze I to Ruby V and unlock 24 achievement titles. Biologist Research, Collector tasks, Hunting, Bossology and Metin Research provide further progression goals. Elemental powers and companions Choose between Burn, Frostbite, Shock and Plague, then develop your element up to element level 50. Defeating monsters and destroying Metin Stones grants experience for your elemental power. Your personal Buffi companion gains experience and progresses through several evolution stages. You can train its three buff skills and customize its appearance. Pets also have their own development and skill progression. 5v5 Arena League — seasons and rewards The Arena League opens at level 75, with SoloQ and FlexQ, separate ratings, divisions and seasonal leaderboards. Your rank badge appears directly on your character. A match ends when a team reaches 50 kills or after 30 minutes. Compete throughout each season, improve your standing and work towards seasonal rewards. Weather and an optional first-person view Day and night cycles, rain, storm clouds and lightning change the atmosphere as you explore. Snow covers the ground and leaves visible footprints, while wet surfaces and puddles add detail during rainy weather. An optional first-person view lets you explore through your character’s eyes, with visible hands and equipment, both on foot and while mounted. Customization and guild content Character customization includes costume previews, selectable skill colors and stickers that you can position and scale. Eight item colors help you organize equipment in your inventory. Guild features include raids, guardian bonuses, shared skills, guild storage and tools for managing members and applications. For content creators, Nexir Promoter provides creator codes, a leaderboard and direct stream links. Events and everyday features A Battle Pass includes daily, weekly and event missions. An event calendar, Okey and the Wheel of Fortune offer additional activities. Everyday features include: • Offline shops and shop search. • Switchbot and auto-refining. • A Metin Queue. • Dungeon information and dungeon re-entry. • An item wiki with drop information. • Inventory sorting and additional inventories. • Saved locations. • A premium overview, multi-farm protection and animated emojis. Server launch: 30 October 2026 Explore our interactive presentation for system details, watch the trailer and visit our website for launch updates. Thanks for reading. Metin2 remake on Unreal Engine 5
Props for the effort. I don't want to be that guy, and I don't want to discourage you, but looking at this from a practical standpoint, Gameforge and Epic will shut this down the moment it gets any real traction. It's a nice portfolio piece, but don't expect a real release- 1
