1. Go to /var/db/mysql (on winscp)
2. Delete all "ib_logfile" files
3. Delete the .err file (there is only one)
4. Delete the log folder
5. Do this on putty: service mysql-server restart

If you remove log database and Redo Log you make a disaster!

Remove only the error log and clean the mysql's filesystem.

If you have only one filesystem (root) clean ports, rotate system logs and clean game logs.

Next check filesystem occupation with df -h on a shell
