[HELP] People can't connect to me through Hamachi?

I got some issues with people using the exact same client as me, who can't connect to my server. Even though we are sharing the same hamachi "sub" network.
It keeps saying "Connecting to server" and then ends up with "Failed to connect ....something something" 

If anyone have any idea how I can fix this, be my guest to help o.o
I have no problems myself to connect to my own little server.

all files in the client, edit serverip.cfg with the hamachi ip with .100.

and rename the old client starter to "metin2.exe"

Those files are not updated enough

I am using Gr33nx invoice 2013 files, so I don't use that old surakopf.

We tried again, and I edited the serverip.cfg to my hamachi ip with .100 in the end
it still just said "Connecting to server ... blablabla"  "Could not connect"

did he run surakopf as administrator?

Not using surakopf, but the metin2.exe and yes

Use this tutorial its better then hamachi i had a lot of problems with connecting while using hamachi.

This tutorial worked for me.
