GetSkillType - Failed to find skill by x. For example With all races. 1.41 ...

What is the specific file in the code, where I can fix this, because in the skilltable and skilldesc are.

I can't understand very well your problem. Have you tried to create a new skill ? Or you have this error for all skills?

No, i add wolfman, and have this problem with all characters, any idea i pay 20€ for fix.

Did you add skilldesc.txt and skilltable.txt? there may arise a problem
