Gold drop bug with rectangular shape

I have a strange problem

 

Sometimes  gold drops with rectangular shape with it.See the image for better understanding.

How to correct this bug?

Note:I dont have server files source code and client source code.And I am using game34083.

In db on item_proto 

INSERT INTO item_proto(vnum, name, locale_name, type, syze) VALUES (1, "µ·²Ù·¯¹Ì", "Yang", 9, 1);

Add on item_proto client(on locale) the following line:

I tried what you said but again I am getting same error

In item_proto client add before the yang another item, a fictive one, just to be there. As i saw, the client doesn't read the first line in protos.

As you said I added +0 sword as a fictive value and then used dump proto to create TXTs but same error.Am i missing something in the process ?
