Error Metin2 - Server Down

My server goes down from time to time ... but the "CH99" continues online ...

 

In syssr Auth:

 

Handshake Process: handshake retry limit Reached! (32 character limit! NO CHARACTER!)

 

 

I left open putty to see if an error message appeared.

When the CH1 was down, appeared in putty:

 

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std :: out_of_range'

   what (): basic_string :: erase

 

 

 

They know how to solve?

Hmm , check sysser..i don't know but i think a mob goes out of range of map
