How to translate quests?

Hello guys,

 

 

I'm using Distraught's files and have got the server running. I fixed the bug where clicking on NPCs and seeing quests not worked, but unfortunately, I don't understand how to translate these quests into a language. I can choose a language in my Client but the quests still all in english.  I have the server files from TM4, and the translate.lua files are in ../local/english, but what do I need to do with them? All languages are present in the client's pack folder, for example, locale_ger.pck. thanks for any help, im a newbie and try to improve my skills
