[Skill] All persistent effects disappear..

[Torres 196]

Hello developers!
I'm setting up my new file, and out of nowhere, all my persistent abilities and effects have disappeared without even a single error message. If you know how to fix this, could you please tell me? Thank you! I wish you the best of luck! Work and life!

I'm willing to pay and I'm here to announce our deals to make sure neither party is a liar.

Since when that happened? What was your last changes before this happened?

Edit: the skills bonification disappear as well, or only effects?
