Item on ground toolbox

hi as you see: 

 

i want to remove this toolbox when i click rightclick on floor item 

but idk where to look on which function?

uitooltip.py? if yes where zzzzzzzzzzzzz

also if you know how to remove the one the left and restore original one

(but mainly the first problem is the one im interested the second one is acceptable v.v)
