Mob_proto, item_attr problem

1)I need to config mob_proto files to edit some parametrs of mobs, but in my sf and in client i cant find this files. In mysql player mob_proto table epsent too. Where i cant find this?

2) When i try switch bonuses i cant do max stats only 1 or 2 level of bonuses, how can i fix it?

2) solved buy remake lvl1 and lvl2 column in table.

1) When i correct mob_proto.txt on server to low dmg from some mobs nothing happens. In client mob_proto crypted, but on server ther in txt format and if i make some changes and reboot server nothing heppen, with item_proto same problem. Mb i do something wrong?

solved by eddit ATTACH CRITICAL column in mob proto
