model white texture problem

Hi everyone, my use martysama v5.3 serverfiles. I installed shop system. 

My files is original but ı have error privateshop.gr2 texture is white.

I checked lod,specular and model texture but there isn't problem.

Note: It is only white in the store model and it is not always white, especially when you change the camera while shooting a skill, it remains white.

 

how to fix this?
