Riding when moving/attacking (mount bug)

Hello,

How can i set to not ride the mounts if you are moving/attacking?

Horses and some mounts like the evolving ones can be ride even if you attack. That allows you to attack very fast if you mount and unmount every second (like spamming the riding).  Those mounts have ITEM_QUEST flags.

The other mounts like White Lion are "ITEM_UNIQUE    UNIQUE_SPECIAL_RIDE". Those mounts can't be used when you move/attack and that's added in locale_string.txt too.

I tried to add a condition in char_item.cpp but i couldn't do it. Can someonle help me? Please. Thanks...
