Item icon won't display

Hello I tried implementing a weapon in my server and I did everything right 

It is indeed in the game but its not displaying when i Invoque it but I know it is there because its saying my inventory is full whenever I dont see any items in it.

I did pack everything properly so im not sure where the issue is if someone can help me quickly we can hop on discord or just tell me here probable causes thank you very much !

Hi, did you fix this problem?
I would try /ip to delete invisible bug items you spawned when testing. Is my opinion correct? I have similar problem but i think  i just messed itemlist or smth.
