Dragon Soul & DS_CHANGE_BONUS Problem

Hi, so yesterday i added DS_CHANGE_BONUS by Owsap but i have a problem, the items don't put in the refine window and leaved me with a message "you cant do this", also this happens when i want to refine dragon soul stones the same message appears.

And also, i have this error in sysser:
