Polymorph problem

Hello guys! 

I have a bug with polymorphing, after useing the item for polymorph, or the command (/poly,/race), the character is logging out. There is no syserr, tried with debug client, but it doesnt show any error too.

Any solution for this?

I don't think this is related. Check server side syserr.
