Max lenght of a text in python

Hello,i know it's a stupid question,but where i can change the maximum lenght of a text (title bar for example https://metin2.download/picture/MDdbQ41T994yK64MVw8Ptt35TPpKqe1x/.png ) ? I search but i don't find something to work.
