No sound on critical hits

Hello guys
I have a problem that I can't hear the critical sound when the character does a critical normal hit, every other sound works properly. I've searched everywhere but it seems like I can't find how to fix it.

Could someone help me out here?

Also it's not just on critical hits it's also the same for the hit effect when you hit a monster/metin or whatever. I don't mean the swing effect, I mean the effect when you hit actually the monster itself.
