i want to put the item ; 71085 "Enchant item" permantly

On my server i have for a example ; 200 add 
i just want to have 1 and keep whit him

In files find case USE_CHANGE_ATTRIBUTE : 
somewhere bellow this is item->SetCount(item->GetCount() - 1);
