CHARACTER::ComputePoints() problem

Hi, I have a problem with a function 

void CHARACTER::ComputePoints()

trying to send sysser to a party:

 

    if (GetParty())
    {    
        sys_err("sys_party" );
    }    

but after creating the party I don't get any information

Pleas help
