I want to take time and edit the % values myself, you can just make it  99 or 10 doesnt matter which value.

It's ok, i want to modify them myself. I can offer this too: If you give me the files up2date from italian Wikipedia, i will sent u a "fixed" version of the %. Since i will modify them myself
