Problem with weapon effect.

Does anyone know where in the source I can find the code responsible for this effect?

This effect should only be visible when you attacking, unfortunately you can also see it when you walking.

I guess it might be in granny releated codes. Because when you didn't adjust weapon pivot axis correctly in 3dsmax, this effect changes axis in game.
