Auth Problem - Syserr

Hey, got following problem. Everytime i try to login in the client it always says that my credentials are wrong, when i checked the auth syserr i found this

I couldn't find any possibility to fix this problem, maybe someone of you can help me ?

fixed by downgrading mysql
