Server wont get public ip

running freebsd 12.1 and mysql 5.6 on a ovh vps freebsd server

HOSTNAME: channel1
Abort trap (core dumped)
Kern1_Ch1 is not running
PUBLIC_IP: 51.38.36.239 interface vtnet0
HOSTNAME: channel1
Abort trap (core dumped)
Kern2_Ch1 is not running
PUBLIC_IP: 51.38.36.239 interface vtnet0
HOSTNAME: channel1
Abort trap (core dumped)

been surfing around for a week with the solution cant get it to work. so now im asking here
so my server doesnt start cause of this
