level horse_skill with horse medal

Good evening everyone,

 

I am currently looking for a solution to level the horse with a right click on the horse medal.

The horse medal should be a consumable item like the skill book, but with no cooldown on reading the medal.

You should be able to set the percentage chance and it is best to solve it via the source.

Maybe someone has such a solution ready?

I would be glad.
