Alpha channel on hairstyles

Hello,

I saw on a server specular on hairstyles, but not a global specular, just on a portion, like the client read the alpha channel, i ve seen some topics about this on other forums, but nothing really helped me, if someone can do the code for me, i don t know really well c++.
