some time the forum lags (never happen with this one ) and you get an error when you reload you get the same exact post 2 time

this happens many time in VB forum

but most likely the cz will likly be the hosting

the reason is or at least i think that your db pass is wrong

i think the pass for virus db is : invoice

and if you uploaded the script on a web hosting the ip should be the server ip not 192.168.5.100
