So, what is your exact problem? If you're using txt files you don't have to modify the item_proto and mob_proto inside the database.

yes, they are in the db (/usr/home/game2/muthafcka/db) mob_names, proto, item_names, proto

but does not work

I need to translate in navicat (only npcs, mobs and items in client)

The name of the NPCs are not in the client, they are on server-side. If you're using txt files you can't modify the item_proto and mob_proto inside "Navicat", open them with Excel.

I don't understand you. What not linked? Open the txt files with Microsoft Excel and you can modify the NPC names.
