How to make exp bar from under to top

I have this interface, and i want to know, how to make this experience bar (from under to top circle)

There should be some variable regarding the way the experience bar is beeing filled. I don't know the exact file where to change it... Once i get home from work i will tell you the exact thing and how to edit it.

add this to ui.py / ExpandedImageBox class

def SetPercentageV(self, curValue, maxValue):
        if maxValue:
            self.SetRenderingRect(0.0, -1.0 + float(curValue) / float(maxValue), 0.0, 0.0)
        else:
            self.SetRenderingRect(0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0)

and use it in your code
