Item Description error

Hello devs, I have problem maybe with my tooltip but I don't know which code to edit.. when I move my mouse to the item in my inventory the item name and description does not appear, when I click on the item it appear. how to fix this issue, bellow I will post image. Thanks

Doest this happen to every item? Or just some? Can you see any tooltips? Like in swords/armors/etc?

thanks for your reply but i fixed, it was problem in uitooltip.

I didn't fixed it by myself i just get root file from my backup.
