Thief glove - ingame time

Hi guys!
Is there any possibility, that the thief glove, which gets shown on the top left corner (ingame), only expires, when the character is logged in.
In other words: The thief glove should only expire, when a character is logged in

Anybody has an idea, how it could work like this?

A "work around" is to add time to the thiefs glove base on the last login and current date, you can add time to it, but it can have some fails in the middle if not done properly
