[HELP] Enable function rotate items without time limit game vanilla 2.4.1

I put the game vanilla 2.4.1, however when trying to rotate the items to time constraint message appears me. 

Insert the ATTR_CHANGE_LIMIT function: 0 CONFIG in the vanilla had mentioned the topic to take time to rotate items, but still have to wait 60 minutes to rotate the items.

maybe 0 is not an acceptable value (int ATTR_CHANGE_LIMIT != 0)

Have tried putting with the value 0 and neither worked.

you should have told as that you didnt do it for all channel core
