Jigsaw Slot Problem

Hello guys I found a Jigsaw system on a forum and tried it out, seems like it has a problem with the slots. The problem is, the system shows the 3 Slot Piece as a 4 Slot piece.

Which file should I be looking in to solve this problem? ?
