Channel System Bugging

Hey Guys!
I would like to ask for your help.
So I have a problem. I put in a CH changer, and everything works, but I can"t teleport to CH 1. When i teleport to ch1 the character disappears and the loading screen freezes
Here's my ports: 
Ch1 port: 13002
Ch2 port: 13102
Ch3 port: 13202

When I try go to ch1 with commands it says : 13002 dieser port ist nicht verfügbar

I using only 3 channels.
